The 2-room apartment is on the ground floor and, with its 45 square meters, is ideal for up to 2 people. A private entrance takes you to the spacious living-dining area with an extensively equipped open kitchen. In addition, the accommodation has a bedroom with a box spring bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The terrace is perfect for enjoying the sun or ending the evening with a barbecue (electric grill available). A four-legged friend is also welcome in the non-smoking apartment. You can safely store your bicycles in a lockable shed. Highlights: WiFi, consumption-based energy costs, laundry package, final cleaning The apartment is centrally but very quietly located in the 2nd row in St. Peter Dorf and is the perfect starting point for your activities. The nearest beach crossing is only 500 m away. Shops, restaurants, a bakery, a bus stop and the weekly market are within easy walking distance.  
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
