Comfortable 3-room apartment "Schaumburg" with about 70sqm on 2 levels (floor, DG) for up to 5 people (well-being occupancy: maximum 4 adults). In a quiet location near the lighthouse in the district Böhl in St. Peter-Ording. With suitable wind conditions you can hear the sound of the sea. Ideal for a beach holiday with the family.

Living room with large corner sofa for 3-4 people, armchairs, TV (satellite), BluRay player, radio with CD player and dining table with 5 chairs. Stairs to the DG. Direct access to the furnished balcony to the west, to the forest and sea side.

Separate kitchen with oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. No microwave.

1. Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200cm) and large wardrobe.
 Second Bedroom with 3 single beds (each 90x200cm), wardrobe with ironing set, chest of drawers and table with 3 chairs.

Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet, washing machine for a fee, daylight and hair dryer.

Hall with cloakroom with mirror and vacuum cleaner in the entrance area.

Parking space at the house. Lockable bike shed in the garden. Free Wi-Fi (hot spots).

The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

NOTE: this domicile will be available from the 5th. Person charged a rental surcharge of 10 euros per night for each additional person.

Wohnung mit Mängel

In dem Anschreiben stand das man den Müll bitte trennen sollte, mit einem Abfalleimer schlecht möglich.Man hat uns dann einen Papierkorb zu Verfügung gestellt. WLAN war schlecht, es war leider ein offenes WLAN, zwischen 22 und 7 Uhr hatten wir überhaupt kein WLAN. Die Dusche hat auch schon mal bessere Zeiten gesehen. In der Beschreibung stand 300m bis zum Strand, zum Glück hatten wir unsere Fahrräder mit um die restlichen 800m bis zum Wasser zu überbrücken. Komischerweise waren im oberen Bett am ersten Abend Silberfische das gleiche auch zwischen den Sitzpolster für die Stühle auf dem Balkon. Das Büro hat sich umgehend bemüht und Mängel beseitigt

saubere, gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Detailverbesserungen

Wir haben die Wohnung in einem sehr sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Die Matratzen waren ok nur an den Kissen hat man leider etwas gespart. Die Küche hatte alles, was man brauchte in funktionsfähigen Zustand. Die Heizung verströmte leider zu Beginn einen leicht unangenhemen Geruch. Das Haus steht zwar zurückgesetzt an der Straße und dennoch ist die Lage sehr ruhig. Besonders die freundliche Bäckersfrau mit leckeren Brötchen gegenüber hat uns den Urlaub verschönert. Etwas aktuelles Informationsmateriela zu Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung hätten uns gefreut.

Schönes Friesenhaus mitten in Böhl

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Schön und modern eingerichtet und ausreichend ausgestattet. Mikrowelle wäre noch toll. Und Verdunkelungsrollos oder Vorhänge zum Verdunkeln, um besser bzw. länger schlafen zu können. Die Betten sind bequem. Tolles Zimmer seperat für die Kinder mit viel Platz. Der beste Bäcker gleich gegenüber😊. Kurzer Weg zum Spielplatz und Leuchtturm/Deich.
