"Terrible stay. Nothing was good from the time of check in. The room wasn’t ready. They told us we’ll text you when it is and gave us NO information. They didn’t even offer to take our bags. They didn’t tell us where we can wait or anything. It’s mandatory valet. No parking option The beach is VERY far and the staff at the front desk gave us no instructions to figure out the shuttle service. We once waited for 30 min to get picked up from the beach to come back. The staff at the front desk are rude and not knowledgeable. They didn’t know how far the private beach is. They ignore our requests. We asked for our room to be cleaned and came back after 3 hours.. nothing was cleaned… I have so many more stories. Overall Do NOT recommend this hotel unless they change their staff.."
