The amount charged will always be based on the rate legally applicable to the dates of your stay. At the time of publication, the applicable rate is €1.50 per person aged 18 years or over, per night, subject to the statutory cap.

Government rates may change, and any applicable increase or amendment will be reflected according to the rate legally in force for your stay.

Payment of any outstanding Eco-Contribution will be required as part of the pre-arrival process before check-in.

For families traveling with little ones, a Pack ‘N Play and highchair is available upon request, and self-check-in adds a layer of convenience for guests.
The apartment is located in a great community and with the private pool area being outdoors you may occasionally hear sounds when outside from birds or neighbouring apartments. However the apartment windows are triple glazed which helps keep noise to a low / minimum when they are closed and you’re inside

The pool is 1m deep and the size is 4.6m x 2.2m

To help keep our property safe and secure, we ask all guests to complete a quick verification before arrival, just like many hotels do. The process is simple and only takes a few minutes. Guests will also be asked to choose either a refundable damage deposit or a damage waiver before check-in.

Guest registration: Maltese law requires accommodation operators to maintain a register of guests staying at the property. Guests are therefore required to complete our secure pre-arrival registration form and provide the information necessary for guest registration and identity verification.
