Perfect hotel for wedding party!

There’s nothing negative I could say about this hotel It was beautiful, clean and in perfect location. Staff always available for assistance, would definitely stay again.

We were very happy with everything about this hotel. Location is superb for people like us who do not like being in the complex of hotels! It is in residential area opposite the San Anton Palace with their excellent parks and their 'Palace Kitchen Gardens'. We didn't have to hire a car as busses are easy to find with a flat rate of 1.5 Euro per journey (which is valid for 2 hours). To cap it all we later discovered that the Queen had the banquet dinner there with the Commonwealth Head of States...

Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Room was cleaned multiple times a day and even got a free upgrade. Facilities were clean and good. Plenty of restaurants nearby, bus stops right outside.

A lovely 5* hotel close to all amenities but very quiet. The hotel is in St.George's bay and the beach is 5 mins from the hotel wih a small sandy beach and sunbeds. There are a number of restaurants and fast food outlets close to the hotel. A short bus ride away at Spinola Bay will offer you a further selection of lovely restaurants on the waters edge. The Bay Street shopping complex over 4 floors has an entrance directly opposite the hotel or can be accessed from level -3 car park directly...

The ambience within the property and available facilities were excellent. All staff were friendly, helpful and provided detailed information to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is within a very good network of public transport to different parts of Malta; we took the bus to Valleta but we could have taken it to other parts but we were only there for a long weekend. This is an excellent little hotel, that’s uniquely brought to life by its owners. As it’s small, the owners and their staff are way more attentive than would be possible in a large hotel, including giving tips on things to do and where to go to us Malta first timers. Zebbug itself is a small village, but bars and restaurants are a short walk away. Though the streets around the hotel are tight and the bolt/uber drivers we used occasionally struggled to find us. The view towards Valletta from the hotel is fantastic. Highly recommend upgrafing to the luxury suites, lots of space with a large balcony

Massimo's property is a really lovely place to end the day and relax. Breakfast was perfect to get us fueled up for a long day of walking ahead! Beautiful view from the bedroom balcony and great communication from a wonderful host. Taxi's are easy around Gozo, but when visiting Victoria the bus is also convenient.

We found this hotel was very friendly and welcoming. The staff were attentive and eager to please. There was some building work across the road but you cannot fault the Mercure Hotel for things not under their control. Overall a very pleasant experience and would certainly use this hotel again.

Gustavo on reception was a huge contribution to the greatness of our stay. He was attentative to making our stay as wonderful as it could be. Not only this, he became our friend. What a lovely man 😊

Very helpful service by staff

Lovely unique hotel. Staff were amazingly helpful. Our room was clean. Breakfast was excellent. The rooftop terrace was absolutely wonderful with an honesty bar so you can have a drink while you enjoy the view. Only thing to be aware of is the shower gel and teas and coffees in the room didn’t seem to be replenished every day.

Excellent hotel in a good location, night clubs, bars and shopping within walk-in distance. Also great gym , swimming, sauna and steam

We like everything we come here twice a year and always have a great time the hotel is well situated to amenties a nice walk, bus stop very close by as well as hop on hop off tourist bus
