Dock is suitable for boats up to 25 feet or so. Public ramp is about 10 minutes by car, 5 minutes by boat. Large kitchen, large bedrooms, huge deck with a beautiful view. We enjoyed a fire outside one chilly afternoon. One PSA for boaters: the streets near the house and the driveway are narrow and winding, and there isn't an easy turnaround at the end of the road. With an 18-foot skiff, it wasn't a problem, but with a larger boat, you might want to launch the boat first rather than towing it to the house.
