"Our stay at The Hotel Imperia was very comfortable. The staff were helpful and made us feel very comfortable and safe. We stayed in a suite which was spacious and idea if you are in a group, you can sit together. The property also had different banquet halls which can be booked for parties or meeting. It is situated in Model Town very hip and trend food establishments and bars. Buzzing with retail shops and eateries. We loved staying there. Will visit again for sure."

"Absolutely terrible experience at Country Inn Jalandhar I had already paid for a full day and night stay, but when I called one day in advance to request an early check-in at 12 PM instead of 2 PM, the hotel demanded an extra ₹1500. "Clean, friendly, convenient where you from"

"Had a 4 night stay in March 2026 when the 2 rooms which I booked were not cleaned at all. Requested this to be done on 2 separate occasions and on both occasions not cleaned. Had to request further clean towels and toilet rolls during my stay. There were private functions on 2 of the nights and on both occasions guests returning to their rooms at approximately 2:00AM - 4:00 AM made so much noise coming back to their rooms which woke me up. Why was I not given a room away from guests according...

"Overall great experience, staff is cooperative and professional. Room was clean and tidy, housekeeping staff was very professional. Breakfast was good too but needs to add the variety in breakfast. Must recommended to stay. "
