3-star gîte - Morlaix

The Gîte :
Cocooning and friendly atmosphere conducive to relaxation for this charming independent gîte, fully fitted out and equipped. Located in a green and wooded setting at the gates of Morlaix, halfway between the Armorique Regional Natural Park and the beaches of the Bay of Morlaix.

It is composed as follows: 1 living room: kitchen, dining area and living room / 1 Shower room with toilet separated by a partition / 1 Bedroom on the mezzanine with sloping ceiling, sleeping 160x200. It benefits from its terrace as well as access to the guest gardens.

Provision of an extra bed (folding bed) 80x190 for 1 additional person.

Sheets and towels provided as well as kitchen and shower room essentials.

Free WIFI, Air freshener / Fan, Garment steamer with hanger, Dressing cabinet, Krups coffee machine (Dolce Gusto capsules - Not supplied) and Italian coffee machine (ground coffee), etc

Access to the cottage:
To access the cottage you have to go up the driveway leading to our garage, then via the lower garden take a path that leads to its terrace, like a cabin nestled on a wooded hill, it overlooks this garden, the vegetable garden and the road that can be guessed behind the trees and the greenhouse.
There is no vis-à-vis with the neighbors or our house, our living rooms are located on the opposite side of the cottage. On sunny days, the vegetation accentuates this feeling of intimacy. On the other side of the terrace is the upper garden, a haven of peace for those who love nature.

Garden furniture is provided: 2 sun loungers, table and chairs, barbecue.

Free secure private parking. For motorcyclists and cyclists it is possible to put your bikes and motorcycles in our basement/garage at night or in case of bad weather.

The history of the building:
The cottage is located on the second level of a stone outbuilding, below is the old stables, according to my research the building dates from the beginning of the 19th century.

Morlaix town centre: 4 minutes by car (20 minutes on foot)
Supermarkets and petrol stations: 3 minutes by car (25 minutes on foot)
Swimming pool and cinema: 2 minutes by car (18 minutes on foot)
Bakeries: 3 minutes by car (25 minutes on foot)
Train station: 3 minutes by car (25 minutes on foot)

House rules:
The accommodation is non-smoking and vaping and we do not accept pets, for hygiene reasons and out of respect for other travellers we have made this choice.
