Air wouldn’t stay on, wasn’t what was explained. Deluxe bedding and snacks was to be included . Was just like any other room, but paid extra for upgrades. Was supposed to be smoke free, yet when we entered the room it reeked of cigarette and marijuana smell through the vents

Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis at the Arch
The breakfast food was not very good. The breakfast area was kind of dirty. There were probably a couple of hundred people going through there touching the tongs, but there was not a single hand sanitizer to be found. And this was at the height of flu season. Pretty gross.

Pear Tree Inn St. Louis Near Union Station
The shower was filthy. There was hair everywhere. The drink machine in the lobby was broken so kids couldn’t get anything to drink during happy hour. Front desk staff member was rude to us when we told them our room key wasn’t working. She acted bothered by having to help us and demanded an ID. We ...

Clayton Plaza Hotel & Extended Stay
The staff was lovely. My room for the most part was clean however, the housekeeping staff missed a couple of empty bottles under one of bedside tables. There was also a pill under the bench. The breakfast buffet was cold, I did not have enough time to order from their fresh breakfast options.

21C Museum Hotel St Louis
We never got to check in lol. At 1830 they still has no rooms clean. Large line waiting. We just canceled and left 😩

Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch
Housekeeping half cleaned the room behind the previous guest that stayed there, as there was hair that didn’t belong to either person in my party, and when they came and cleaned the room, they only turned one of the pillows over instead of replacing the covers/pillow cases.
