Room was spotless. Only problem was the shower pin would not stay up so we had to take baths.

Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch
The first room we got was not the cleanliest and was really rundown. So we called down to the front desk and got a second room, which was much better and you could tell was remodeled in the bathroom. Smelled clean, looked clean unlike first room.
