I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Nash, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Situated in a wonderful neighborhood, the location could not have been better. The community was welcoming, and the neighbors were incredibly friendly. One of the highlights was the accessibility to transportation; I never had to wait long for an Uber or Lyft, making it exceptionally convenient to explore the area or head to meetings. As for the accommodation itself, the property was immaculate. It was not only clean but also adorned with modern amenities that contributed to a comfortable and luxurious stay. The attention to detail in the décor and the high standard of cleanliness were genuinely commendable. The only thing I had an issue with is the area. There is a parking lot that obviously hosts a lot of teenage parties. We arrived late to the property and a big party was going on. The next morning the parking lot was trashed. BUT thank goodness I purchased the parking in the security lot from Brandon…totally recommended! The neighbors were great as we had no issues with them. All in all besides the first night, the place was cozy, relaxing and had everything we needed for our trip. I would stay here again for sure…but maybe without my young daughter as she was exposed to things I didn’t want her to smell or see. Thank you Brandon for letting us stay here! We mostly used the unit just to sleep in but it was very well stocked, everything was clean and updated. Gated parking was a nice add on option. The neighborhood is very central but felt a little deserted, not necessarily a bad thing because that meant the streets were quiet. Tips for the master bedroom: bring earplugs and sleep mask if you are a light sleeper—The walls are a little thin, could hear people in neighboring units talking at night (they weren’t being excessively loud, just could hear them through the bedroom wall one night). Morning sun also comes in strong through that bedroom window so a sleep mask came in handy. All in all a good stay and I’d happily rent here again. ##### Jennifer G.
