This hotel was truly a gem. The overnight and morning staff were awesome. Very clean. Very friendly. Will absolutely stay at a Tru again.

After my stay, they called me up shortly after leaving to remind me of a jacket I left in hotel room. I really appreciated them calling me about this and shows the integrity of the people that work there.

Was informed at check in that there were no rooms and I could stay about 5 minutes away in another hotel. Very disappointed that they took the reservation but didn't have rooms.

Not all that good
Very bland, generic IKEA type furnishings. Bed/pillows not that great. No reading light do hubby could get to sleep while I read. Breakfast area low on food when we went to eat at 7:30. Very slow to refill. Totally disappointed with our stay.

Best ADA Accessible bathroom with roll in shower that we have seen in a hotel! Plenty of space and no lip or step into the shower at all. Gretchen at the front desk was very helpful and we appreciate her help getting that room.

Watch out for the hairs….
The room was quiet but we observed several loose hairs all throughout the bed. Ughh very uncomfortable to look at or clean up. The front desk was notified once I checked out. My first visit was perfect this was not so the same.

Lovely place overall - tone down on the marijuana!
We were shocked with the location and how nice it was, expecially for the price. Our ONLY complaint was the very heavy smell of marijuana in the lobby a couple of times. It was so strong it was burning eyes/noses.

Highly recommend!
Wonderful hotel! Location is fantastic…close to the highway and many restaurants/bars/entertainment within walking distance. The hotel is very new, clean and modern. Great free breakfast in the morning. Rooms are a bit tight but accommodating and perfect for our one night stay. On site parking is free. There’s a pool table in the lobby (we didn’t use but nice to have the option). The staff (housekeeping included) were wonderful! Would definitely stay again!

Throughout our stay are party of 5 continually commented on the friendliness of the staff! Customer service like this is hard to come by. Thank you to every staff member that greeted us with a hello and goodbye, your work was noticed! We also noticed your kind interacts with each other! Keep spreading kindness. The hotel and grounds were safe, clean and plenty of entertainment surrounding.
