The only potential downside is there are a lot of stairs if you have little kids or those who would struggle as you have to navigate two sets of stairs to get to bedrooms with the exception of the one on the ground floor. There was a baby gate and a pack n' play available, which was great for our crawling infant. Stairs didn't seem too intense (we stuck the kids on the top floor) and the air conditioning kept up well. It was super nice that both vehicles fit in the garage. The acoustics of the house did let noise travel between rooms a bit, but the baby didn't wake anyone but his parents up when he cried, so it wasn't too crazy. All other properties for our needs had street parking, which I was really nervous about to do in St. Louis! Great location. Beware you have to be physically fit and not disabled or frail elderly to stay in this house. Ground level has one small bedroom with bathroom, 2nd floor has main dining area, kitchen, 3 rd level has 2 bedrooms +2 bathrooms, washer, dryer and 4th floor has a bed room (sort of).
