This thoughtfully designed space features a luxurious King bedroom and a cozy Queen bedroom, each equipped with its own TV, providing a private retreat for every guest. There is a spacious living and dining area and you'll love spending time on the front balcony. For your convenience, there's private parking available for one vehicle at the back of the building. Need to work during your stay? Take advantage of the private workspace. The apartment also boasts a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. Shared laundry facilities are available in the basement. Enjoy the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in this stylish, centrally located apartment. Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following: We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking. If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $200\. Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250\. We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs. Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation. The apartment is in a nice central area, 15 min from all of the sites we wanted to visit. Check in and communication with the owners was excellent. They checked on us regularly. Just a couuple recommendations to owners. 1) add some more dishs, utensils, cookware. 2) maybe some updating, countertops were stained, flooring was peeling up in spots and a cleaner paint job.Sounds a bit picky but just being honestAll and all a great stay, we will stay again when we visit St LouisThank you ##### Dane H. It was a good place to relax and spend some time with our son. Smart t.v.'s in the bedrooms and living room. Small kitchen and dining room. Overall, a pretty nice property. I'm giving it only 4 stars because they were unable to provide us with extra towels and some blankets during our stay.
