Trash all over the front entrance of the property, neighbors are loud, utilization of community washer and dryer apparently has no time limits and are located directly below apartment. Doors slamming and people talking and carrying on all hours of the night. Had to consult management multiple times about room smelling like smoke coming from laundry area when property was listed as smoke free. Advise not staying here if you plan on having early mornings. ##### James L. House was very clean, in a nice neighborhood and close to all the places I wanted to visit while there. I was a little skeptical due to other reviews noting disturbances with the up stairs neighbors and the washer and drawer but I didn’t experience anything like that. Very quiet and pleasant. Only hiccup I encountered was one of the TVs not connecting to WiFi, I was able to fix it on my own eventually but the host was very prompt, helpful, and offered to send maint to fix the issue.
