Located in the heart of Soulard, one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city, laid out in the early 19th Century just south of what was the original core of St. Louis. Only 5 minutes from downtown, it's close to most major STL attractions. The neighborhood is safe and visually stunning if you enjoy old architecture. Perhaps best known for being the home to the 2nd largest Mardi Gras behind New Orleans, it is also a walkable neighborhood with a vibrant restaurant and nightlife scene.

Great location, nice clean apartment, super attentive host. Would definitely stay here again. Great bars and restaurants within walking distance, close to the Arch and Anheuser-Busch.
We were very pleased with our stay. The ensuites off the bedroom were amazing and the location for our events were perfect. Joe was an amazing host and we would gladly choose his place again if we visit St. Louis in the future.
This place is in a great location to explore Soulard, downtown or the river front. Very nice house with all amentities you could want. Hosts are great giving suggestions for local spots to eat. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 4 nights while exploring St.Louis. Located close to Anheuser Busch brewery, Grant’s Farm, the zoo and the Cardinals game. Nice to have 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms.
We were in town for a family wedding and were very surprised with this adorable place. Soulard is noisy, bring earplugs or earphones and an eye mask to block out light if you are light sensitive. This is a lively part of town and we expected some level of noise. Great stay!!
Wonderful location! Soulard district has plenty to do an shirt uber/drives to other places. House was clean and beds comfortable. Communication with Joe was great.
Joe was great to work with. Checkin was very smooth. Joe checked on us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. I would say it was a bit smaller than we expected but we certainly managed with 4 adults.
Ck in was great, Joe the manager was great to work with. Clean house, smaller bedroom bed was creaky and didn’t seem like a queen. Bathroom needs a cart next to sink for toiletries. Close to Busch Stadium. All around great place . Would stay again
What a GEM we found with this adorable condo with so many perks tucked into this walkable neighborhood. Location was fantastically close - in fact right across the alley- from Molly’s at Soulard.And since we ate there we could also take their free shuttle to Busch Sradium for the concert we were attending. 4 blocks to Soulard Market…cute little sitting area on the upstairs deck, too! Joe communicated at just the right times. We would definitely come back again for another trip.
Host was amazing! The place was great, both bedrooms had their own bathrooms, tvs and access to the deck. There are restaurants that are a short walk away (seriously Molly's was like 30 steps) Molly's had music playing late and you could hear it in the unit!
The unit was clean and had everything you would need in it. I have to go to St. Louis/Florissant area somewhat often for work and will definitely stay here again!!
Also my deposit was refunded to me within 24 hours!
For myself, my wife, and our two boys (18 and 21), this was a perfect place. We would’ve spent double on two hotels rooms, and not had the convenience of an entire apartment - kitchen, bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Short drive to downtown (I’m sure you could’ve walked it). Short walk to restaurants (and bars if you’d like). Joe was awesome, he customized our stay a bit (he could’ve just straight up said no to our request). We really couldn’t have been happier with the place. Modern, clean, very roomy when compared to our initial plan of adjoining hotel rooms. Our only complaint was that we didn’t stay more than one night, because we didn’t get to enjoy the apartment more. Thanks Joe!
I have wanted to stay in the Soulard neighborhood for a while and this was a perfect place to experience the area.
Near enough to bars and restaurants but not right on top of them. While parking we could hear a nearby bar where everyone was singing Taylor Swift but once we got inside the apartment we couldn't hear it at all. It did get a little louder Saturday but it was Halloween weekend and I still didn't lose any sleep.
Communication with Joe was great. Lots of information printed inside the apartment and very responsive to any other questions. The place itself is small but never felt crowded for the 4 of us. Having the ensuite bathroom felt very luxurious and helped us get out to enjoy the city quickly. One small thing to be aware of is that the smaller bedroom is noticeably smaller. Not a problem, just something to be aware of.
I would definitely recommend staying in this neighborhood and at this place.
Space was super clean and the decor was nice. It had everything we needed, including comfy beds, linens, towels, and a full kitchen. The neighborhood is eclectic but overall seemed safe. A lot of young professionals living nearby and it had a “hip” kind of vibe with a lot of local restaurants.
Perfectly located to restaurants and bars. The home was delightful and the property manager was very friendly and responsive. He even checked in with us to see if we needed anything.
