The beautifully renovated 4 bedroom 2 bath home accommodating families, business travelers as well as vacationers. The homes has 2 separate living-rooms, so you can enjoy privacy and relaxing on each level. The neighborhood is safe and it is an excellent location to explore all that St Louis has to offer. It is 10 min drive to Downtown, the Arch, Busch Stadium and the Ball Park Village. A short drive to a Missouri Botanical garden, the St Louis Zoo and all of the exhibits in Forest Park. If you love frozen Custard, the famous Ted Drewes is just a few minutes drive away in St Louis Hills. Space : The Home is 1038 sq.ft upstairs, and total finished space with basement is 1800 sq ft. The homes has 2 separate living-rooms, so you can enjoy privacy and relaxing on each level. It has 3 bedroom and 1 bath on the main level. The basement has the 2nd living-room, an additional bedroom and a full bath. On both levels, the living rooms are spacious with comfy couches and they are equipped with 55” and 40” flatscreen TVs. You can watch Netflix and 80 basic channels on both TV’s. The Lower level’s living-room has a openable queen size sofa couch comfortably sleeps 2 person. Very comfortable to stay with 6 adults, but will also be a great family stay with kids. Close to downtown and other suburb communities. There are two grocery stores close to the house. It’s bigger than it looks from the outside and had plenty of room for 6 adults, likely would’ve been comfortable for even more. Super cute decor, nice finishes, and very easy to communicate with Andrea. She also was very accommodating for an early check in! The street is on is quite busy with a lot of traffic but not horrible, and it makes it easy to access other major roads. Kitchen could’ve been a little more stocked (serving bowls, knives, baking sheet) but overall was great. Only other suggestion would be actual towel racks in the bathroom. I live in St. Louis and this was a unique one-time need to book a place to stay that wasn’t my home, but if I ever needed a house for a few people in the city I would definitely stay here again! ##### Dani J. The beds were very hard also. I think if the owner upgraded the couches, chairs and beds, it would be perfect. We are coming again in June but I won't stay here because it was so uncomfortable. ##### Dawn B.
