The location and price were great! We were surprised that the bedroom was the entryway for the unit, as this wasn’t clear in photos. Being that there is no door to the bedroom, I didn’t feel like the listing for a 1bd was fully accurate. We also found the shower knobs difficult to use, but it was tolerable. The place is clean and has a lot of room. No issues with noise from the adjacent apartments and the actual neighbors were quite friendly. We only slept and showered at the property. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice having tvs in both the bedroom and living room. The rental is on the second floor of a four unit building built in 1921\. The narrow, steep steps may be an issue for some. Jeffrey was very quick to respond to any questions I had and the check in and check out were super easy. It kinda became our little spot, neighborhood was great, the property was great, no issues. Second time around, we had issues out the gate that I did communicate with the owner, who was very responsive and tried to remedy the issue ( Wifi was a bit of a.mess) and one of the TVs was glitchting. Ended up using my hotspot on my phone for the duration of the visit. The neighbor above was VERY loud and had people in and out all hours of the night, had company of some sort blocking the entire road, so we had to park 3 buildings away, and would be outside having conversations, directly in front of the window of the unit we were staying in. Pretty awkward and uncomfortable. Nothing at all like our first visit in December 2023.They left 2 towels for us, we ended up going and buying our.own towels to use.
