For long-term bookings (28+ nights), if you cancelled before the check-in date, you would pay for the 1st 30 days of the booking, and if after, you would pay for the subsequent 30 days from your new check-out date. If the alteration just extends an existing reservation while retaining the original dates, there are no cancellation fees – you just pay for the nights you’re adding We sometimes receive requests for additional refunds beyond those already offered. We were there during a heatwave and the place stayed relatively cool. Some fans would be helpful, only one ceiling fan that's in living room. The place was quiet and the neighborhood was safe. We took many walks. A couple good restaurants within a mile too. Could have been a little cleaner.
