Plus, with BJC and Children\`s Hospital just around the corner, convenience is at your fingertips. Strolling distance leads you to Euclid & McPherson & Maryland Plaza We have 4 bedrooms, all with Tuft & Needle mattresses. The Primary Suite is on the 3rd floor and was completely remodeled in 2024\. King Size Bed with sitting area, enormous dual walk-in rain head shower, soaking tub, Toto Bidet toilet, large closet and washer/dryer. Private deck out back with cafe table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or a private drink at night. The 2nd floor features a living room, large seating area and 2 Bedrooms and full bath, toto bidet and rain shower. The Bedrooms both have Queen size Tuft and Needle mattresses, and BR2 has an extra twin fold up bed available. There\`s a large deck off the front thru the old French double doors. The main floor has the 4th bedroom with King size T&N bed, full luxury stocked kitchen with gas stove, microwave and coffee station. We also have a stocked bar cart. All we ask is you leave your favorite bottle if you use it! It\`s also 3 floors with stairs. Makes a great spot for business retreats or family get togethers. The house had plenty of space for everyone to be together and have time apart. Close to campus, and close to great dining and bike trails. Wonderful older neighborhood with other beautiful old homes. This house was perfect! It had a great blend of a historical feeling with many modern touches. Check-in and out was easy, beds were very comfortable, house was spotless, and there is a lovely backyard and upper balcony. It was a perfect retreat spot with several areas for us to work and gather for discussions. It would be very comfortable and perfect for a family as well. The front steps, which are steep, were completely covered in ice. Luckily there was an alternative entrance however I struggled with the front steps for a while because I wasn’t aware of that entrance until reaching out to the property owners.( Thankfully the property owners were excellent and quick communicators!) At night, the wind was causing some door or window to bang loudly all night. The first night it was terrifying, the next few nights it just obnoxious. On the final night we could not get the house warm whatsoever. The temperature was around 10 degrees outside and with all the windows and patios the house was freezing. Despite these things I would absolutely recommend and book again! This is just an honest and transparent review of my stay. I debated posted this because everything else was a 10/10. ##### Ebony D.
