The space You'll be pampered in our brownstone home equipped with an 8-foot perimeter privacy fence, where we’ve spared no expense in providing our guests with premium accommodations that include all of the conveniences of modern living, without neglecting the charm of our most convenient neighborhood. Come, be our guest, enjoy this private dwelling alone or with up to 8 companions. PLEASE NOTE: There are a few locked private rooms, closets and the home owner's personal effects that are to remain locked. The home owners travel often, and therefore the home is available for your private use for the open days shown on the booking calendar. In addition to your reservation request, please be sure to message us with the reason for your stay. Please be sure to follow the posted directions for your booking within the VRBO App. Free street parking is available. The garage is not a shared space, and therefore unavailable for short term bookings. The garage is available for guest staying two weeks or longer. Our home is NON-SMOKING and DOG ONLY space. Smoking is ONLY ALLOWED on the outside backyard area with the back door closed to keep smoke from entering into the home. You will have access to three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have adjacent private full bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a private half bathroom. You will also have full access to the shared, common areas of the kitchen, living room, dining room, and backyard. Guests shall not be permitted to sleep in the shared living room area. The “Gateway Suite” has a plush King sized bed. The “Deco Loft” is equipped with a plush queen bed and a dedicated work space. The “Zen Den” is equipped with two queen size beds. The private bathrooms, is where you will find complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash, as well as blow dryers. There is a fully-stocked kitchen, coffee bar, hi-tech appliances, hi-speed Wi-Fi, central air-conditioning, including 4 Smart TV's ready for you to login using your login credentials. You will also be provided with 1-set of bedding for each bed, and 4-sets of towels and protected bed mattresses. The home also offers a full-sized washer and dryer, electric fireplace, key-less entry and on street parking ( just be mindful of the posted public street cleaning) Overall, the home features a cozy layout with tall ceilings, modern decor, stainless steel appliances, and a newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. For your additional safety, the home is equipped with a BRINKS Security System (including exterior cameras for your safety). The home has a dedicated office space for business travelers. The kitchen has a new gas range, and all the amenities needed to have a stay-cation while cooking at home. This amazing property is close to EVERYTHING the City of St.Louis has to offer. Located in The Historic Gate District, walking distance to Lafayette square and the Fox park neighborhood and 1 mile away from Soulard. You will be in the perfect location to enjoy ALL that St.Louis has to offer. PLEASE NOTE: Our home is for up to 8-guests ONLY, and we have a NO PARTY and NO INTERIOR SMOKING policy for the home. This policy is STRICTLY enforced for your safety and that of our home. If this policy is violated, this will be grounds for immediate eviction without payment refund. Guest access Check-in instructions, including your unique keypad Door Code for the front door smart lock will be texted to your phone number on-file after booking. Please make sure your cell phone number is up to date in the system or you will not receive the keypad Door Code. We do not offer early check ins or late check outs. You have complete access to the spaces of our property, as shown in the provided pictures. The home is always pre-cleaned and stocked with complimentary travel-sized supplies and ready for arrivals 24/7/365. A mandatory weekly cleaning fee will be charged for guests who stay beyond seven (7) calendar days, or six (6) consecutive nights, in an effort to insure the apartment continues to meet our highest standards of quality and comfort. The housekeeping service will enter the home during this period(s) to perform necessary. If there is damage to any of the appliances, furniture, and overall home decor during you stay, there will be a fee assessed to repair and/or replace all items damaged at their full replacement cost. If there is evidence of smoking in the home, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $150-500 will be assessed to provide smoke removal services from the home If the carpets and area rugs are stained or damaged during your stay, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $300 assessed to provide carpet cleaning services.
