2BR duplex in University City. Our home is ideal for medical professionals, solo travelers or couples that are looking for a centrally located place in St. Louis. Minutes away from many of St. Louis’s top attractions: the Delmar Loop, forest park, Science center, Washington University, new soccer stadium and more!
The space
This duplex is a Shogun type of house and is located on the bottom of the duplex unit. Shared outside area with upstairs neighbors. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom is a futon bed. To access the second bedroom, you will have to enter through the first bedroom. TV’s are located in the living and second bedroom only.
Guest access
The entire bottom unit of the duplex. 1 parking space in the back parking pad and street parking in the front.
