Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place! This is a studio, 1 bath apartment, located in the Grand Center neighborhood in St. Louis. This is across the street from St. Louis University, close to Downtown St. Louis, and the CWE. The Fox Theater, Restaurants, and Arts District are nearby. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, with laundry in the basement. WIFI with smart TV, and full kitchen. Guest will have access to entire apartment with private bathroom. Patio, lobby, grill and outdoor area is shared with other residents. This unit requires two sets of stairs. This is a historic building and doesn\`t have elevator. 1\. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. No parties or events. If you are planning to invite your friends and family over , you must get pre authorization from us. Violations will result in immediate cancellation. 2\. No smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees of $250 to remove odor and stains will be applied to your credit card if a smoking smell was discovered upon checkout. 3\. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. 4\. Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests\` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish.
