Historic grand central area has beautiful tree-lined sidewalks, and vibrant cultural scene. The apartment is spacious with hardwood floors, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light. It features a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware you need to prepare your favorite meals, a cozy dining area with a table and chairs, and a comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed and plenty of storage space. This apartment is located in the Grand Center neighborhood in St. Louis. This is across the street from St. Louis University, close to Downtown St. Louis, and the CWE. The Fox Theater, Restaurants, and Arts District are nearby. 1\. Parking: There is metered street parking in front of the building. (free from 7am to 7pm, Sundays and Holidays) 2\. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. 3\. No smoking anything, or vaping inside the home. Extra cleaning fees of $250 to remove odor and stains will be applied if a smoking smell was discovered upon checkout. Please dispose of butts inside the provided receptacle located in the rear patio. 4\. Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests\` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. 5\. Please do not rearrange our furniture. 6\. Public transport is available within 50 ft of walking distance. There is a plenty of street parking available & garage parking available located on the rear side of the building.
