We had everything we needed and then some. The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to get a good night’s sleep in the comfortable beds. We appreciated that there were little chairs for our pre toddler to sit in and that it was a safe environment for him to crawl around in. We stayed here for spring break with our kiddos and it was great! The house is older, and there are some antiquey things about it, but it added to the charm for us. Kids toys were available and very much appreciated by my girls. The sunroom is so cute. Had everything we needed and Julie was on top of communication and was very flexible with us. The power actually went out one night due to heavy wind and she was in touch immediately and power was on super quick!There were several people speeding in their loud cars down the street several times a day but that's not a fault of the host. The location was amazing!! So central to all the activities we went to do, close to the hill (amazing food). Stayed 2 nights in May 2025 Verified ### 6/10 Okay #### Guy L. 28 May 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy #### Somewhat acceptable accomodations Good - beds are comfy, love the back and front porches, the air purifier is a nice touch, and Julia was in constant communication replying very quickly.Concerns - bathroom is extremely small (barely any leg room when sitting on the toilet and my daughter is only 5'9"), neighborhood is questionable (BP gas station had someone guarding the door at night), and had to take out my own garbage (don't understand why the cleaning fee doesn't cover this). ##### Guy L. We have 4 people but didn't want to all have to share a bed. Very inaccurate. There was also a door to the basement which was locked and were people staying there too which we were not made aware of. The people in the basement woke us up at 5am. It freaked us out because we thought we wrre alone. ##### Alexis B.
