As you step inside, you'll be greeted by gleaming hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, and cozy, modern furnishings. The living room features royal blue sofas and a wall-mounted HDTV, perfect for relaxing evenings. In the kitchen, stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, and black solid-surface counters create a stylish space for culinary adventures. With five lovely bedrooms, including a main floor bedroom with a king-size bed, and four additional bedrooms upstairs, sleeping up to 12 guests, everyone will find their perfect retreat. Each bedroom is thoughtfully appointed, and two shared bathrooms offer convenience and comfort. Outside, a petite porch provides a charming spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage, while a fenced yard offers space for kids and pets to play. For added convenience, we provide a full-size washer and dryer, as well as a high chair and playpen. Our property is ideally located just minutes from St. Louis's top attractions, including the St. Louis Arch, Busch Stadium, and Forest Park. The house is next to a lovely cafe and within walking distance to Missouri Botanical Gardens. The neighborhood was safe. Our family used to live in the same neighborhood and we really appreciated the close proximity to Tower Grove Park, the Science Center, zoo, and Botanical Gardens. Extra bonus from being across the street from one of our favorite neighborhood cafes (Fiddlehead Fern). Very clean! Both places were clean and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable! The neighborhood is cute and has a number of wakable restaurants and coffee shops.
