Location, location, location. Near the airport, Santa Clara University, and lots of little cafes for breakfast within walking distance.Ed is very kind, and we greeted his parakeets each day. Amenities are few (no coffee maker, for example), but it was a homey and relaxing stay.

Breakfast is more than continental - yogurt, hot oatmeal, cappucino/latte machine, greek egg wrap, fresh fruit. Rooms have been refreshed and include microwave, fridge, nespresso machines. Staff was great about booking a return to Zico and then canceling it when plans changed. Left an item for pickup from front desk at checkout - went smoothly.
