- A large, contemporary home for the entire family. Situated just 1.5km away from the beach, pub, shops , this newly built two-story house is only 200m from the St Leonard's golf course and Salt Lake. Nestled in a peaceful street near parks, a lake, and walking trails, this property is in the heart of the wine region, with the best wineries and breweries on the Bellarine Peninsula just a 10-15 minute drive away. Enjoy a tranquil setting without the hustle and bustle of overcrowded tourist spots
The space
The house is a double storey with 4 bedrooms . It has 3 living spaces including an open plan living & dining , with a 75 inch smart tv and surround sound .
Extra tv room near the front entry and kids play space with tv , toys and games upstairs. Master bedroom has a WIR , an ensuite with duel sinks and rain shower.
The house also features a light filled office space for two .
Laundry has washer and heat pump dryer. Iron is provided
Kitchen has induction cooking , industrial style sink , smeg oven , Nespresso coffee machine and smeg kettle.
Outdoors with massive grass backyard for kids to run around or play on the trampoline.
Suited to two families or 8 people , we can also provide floor mattresses and bedding for up to two extra guests on request
