Four bedrooms with three full bath ensuites and over 2800 square feet of luxury accommodations await you. Pull up to your private boat dock, catch Maryland blue crabs with the provided crab traps, toast s’mores in the firepit while sitting in your Adirondack chairs. Enjoy two decks to view the sunrises and sunsets. Master Bedroom has king bed, gas fireplace and full floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the water views. Master bath has jacuzzi tub, double rain shower, heated tile floors. Second and third bedrooms are ensuite and include queen beds with luxury appointments. Fourth bedroom (Queen sofa sleeper) is attached to one of the bedrooms via a hallway. Kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, 6 burner gas stove with grill and double ovens, beverage fridge, and Thor undercounter fridges, coffee maker, air fryer, microwave, fully equipped kitchen/supplies. Enjoy the full river views and calm serenity of the water while spending family meals together. Living room has HDTV with cable and board games. Decks include Blackstone grill, shade umbrella and outdoor furniture. House comes with cable, WiFi, board games, linens/towels, washer/dryer, paper products, cleaning supplies, detergents, and complimentary toiletries. Driveway for three cars. We took our family to share the joys of being on the water - fishing and crabbing with our young grandchildren. My son brought his boat so we were able to crab in the beautiful Patuxent River and off of the pier. Our grandchildren were sooooo excited to pull up a crab trap and find a crab inside and then eat them for dinner that evening. The house was as beautiful and welcoming as the pictures portray. We had a wonderful stay here. This truly is a luxury estate! We had an unseasonably warm weekend at the end of October. We used the kayaks and crab shack during the day and hot tub during the night. The river view from the hot tub is amazing. So fun to cook on the black stone grill outside. Kitchen was fully stocked with many appliances. The master bathroom felt like a spa. Beds were comfy. I must mention the attention to details that we noticed... the outdoor steps light up as you walk down them in the dark, phone chargers next to the beds, heated floors in the master bathroom and we couldn't believe how many kitchen appliances there were!
