"We had a great time at this hotel!!! The breakfast was much better than other similar hotel chains. There were 2 outdoor seating areas with fire pits that we enjoyed. We will definitely return to this hotel when we go back to upstate NY next year!!!"

"Easy check-in… Nice staff. Negative would be that there was a musty smell throughout the hotel and breakfast, although very good, was not replenished quickly enough. Juice machine was broken also. But would stay there again if need be… Good rates!"

"My second stay in the last 3 years. Great staff, everything is clean and well maintained. Large rooms, free breakfast. On the river at the beginning of Main Street, so everything is walkable. Sadly, there's really nothing to walk to in Potsdam, nor are there any decent restaurants. For a town with two colleges (Clarkson and SUNY Potsdam), there's no money being invested in downtown."
