Welcome Travellers to our penthouse with a lovely terrace in the heart of Paceville, St Julians! This comfortable studio is located in the heart of the entertainment hub of Malta with schools & clubs within walking distance. The guest will also have access to a balcony with tables & chairs where they can have a good drink to enjoy! This penthouse has also a fully equipped kitchen with a large double bedroom and an ensuite, for maximum comfort. Included is access to laundry + WIFI All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi! Living Spaces| A sunny front terrace with distant sea views equipped with tables and chairs where our guests can enjoy and relax their mornings with coffee and tea! Also, the apartment is equipped with a dining part, a sofa looking at the TV (Connected to the internet), and also a very comfy bed. Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boasts an oven and an electric hub. Bedrooms| 1 Bedroom, 2 with a double bed, for extra guests we will open the sofa bed in the room, prepared with linens and towels just like a normal comfortable bed. Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly. Bathrooms| 1 bathroom, with a very strong pressured shower! Laundry| Apartments have access to a common washing machine, dryers, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special. Although the location is second to none, being in the centre guests will be susceptible to noises, although we tried our best to have the best noise insulation around. 1\. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro) 2\. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours, especially with respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such. 3\. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common) 4\. An early check-in can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning. 5\. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand. 6\. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us. 7\. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights) \- Shower gels \- Liquid Soap \- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) \- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage \- Garbage bags \- Linens for the bed \- 2 Towels per person 8\. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking. 9\. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book.
