Access is through an outside door and another main door leading onto the common area stairwell with lift. The lift goes up 3 floors then there is one flight of steps to the apartment. There is one double bedroom with a comfortable bed as well as a sofa bed located in the living room which can sleep up to another 2 persons. The living area is air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, kitchen utensils and crockery. There is a dining table with 6 chairs inside and a table and 2 chairs on the outside terrace. Home Safety There is a fire extinguisher and fire blanket next to the washing machine in the kitchen. Emergency lights are also installed inside and in the common areas.
