Master room boasts a super comfy king bed, a stylish built-in wall dresser, mock fireplace, as well as a riverfront balcony. Loft is great for lovers of Boho style, queen bed w/ ample space to stretch out for yoga as well as a private crow’s nest balcony! 3rd bed(twin) can be found in a repurposed library room. Take a dip in the jetted jacuzzi tub w/ a sunset view! A full kitchen awaits your cooking needs! Large private dressing/makeup room is a favorite! This is a quiet/peaceful - no parties, yelling, or loud music. Very spacious 3 bed 2 bath 3 balcony unit with private makeup/dressing room! Located on 2nd story of this building. 1st floor is a completely separate unit. This is located on a private road with 5 other homes on it. Next door is a small boat ramp and other cabins. About a block away, you can expect to see a boat shop and storage units for boats. 1 mile away, there are baseball fields and the beginning of the Riverwalk Trail that leads to historic downtown St. Joseph! Two miles away is the casino and brand new mountain bike trails. If you’re looking for an authentic riverfront getaway, with neighbors that will welcome you like family and a sunset view that never gets old, you will love it here 🙌🏼 Note: There is a train that passes by about a block and a half away so if you’re a light sleeper, sleep in the room closest to the river or use a white noise app or fan. Fireplace is just for looks but you\`re welcome to the provided fire pit outside! Firewood is available for purchase on site and supports a local retired farmer. The entire unit is yours! This preauthorization will be refunded/disappear from your bank/credit card statement 4 days after you check out and there\`s confirmation that there were no damages or extra cleaning from your stay. Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside! 🚭 $1000 minimum fine if rule is broken. If you smoke outside, be sure your cigarettes end up in the trash, not on the ground. All guests and pets must be accounted for in the booking! Unauthorized pets/guests can result in a fine of up to $100 per pet/guest per day. If you brought a pet, do not leave them at the property unsupervised unless they are kenneled. Unsupervised dogs tend to tear down curtains, bark, and get on furniture. No animals on the furniture or beds! Breaking this rule can result in extra cleaning up to $200. If your dog barks when you leave, please take them with you. Barking disruptions to neighboring guests can result in them wanting to cancel and you will be responsible for their refund amount if you are the cause. If you use appliances, dishes, etc, please clean, dry, and return everything where you found them or make previous arrangements to hire the maid to do this for you otherwise additional cleaning fee will be assessed. The included maid services will take care of linens, towels, wipe down, taking out trash, sweep, dust, and mop, but please pick up after yourself and be tidy. It is JUST as charming as the pictures. The view is fabulous and for the most part it was clean. However- did find a used qtip.. that was cringy. The location is a bit sketchy (kinda in an industrial area. ) loves the stay and it wa beautiful but we arrived in the dark and it was a little scary. Also, it which and the steps to the second floor were VERY icy. My fault for not letting the property manager know because I bet he would’ve fixed it because he’s super responsive. ##### Greta P. Everything was well communicated about directions etc. parking is limited; and parked on the other side of the shop and Anthony contacted me to make sure we moved so we didn’t get towed. I think the heat was on when we arrived because it was so hot but by the second day we figured out the floor heater was on in the bathroom. If you stay in the loft; it is warmer. Steps are slick going up to the loft and there isn’t really a railing so be careful! If you bring a dog, be prepared for other dogs and a cat to be walking around. Otherwise, very nice stay and really enjoyed the sunsets! I think the rental was once an old grill, or restaurant possibly sunset grill or something and seeing all the details and interesting doorways etc was neat! ##### Renew G. Its really a beautiful rental and the host was quick to reply with any questions we had. Ultra clean and easy to acces with a great sunset view of the river. Saying this, I wish I had more time to spend at the bnb on its own. It was beautiful, clean and peaceful.Normal house amenities (fridge& microwave) were on site. Plenty of space to set up my dog's kennel so he had his own "space" as well.I don't recommend anyone that gets hot easy to take the twin bed room due to air flow, but leaving the door open at night helps.I wish I knew what brand the mattresses were because they were SO comfortable! You really could get the best sleep on those beds.Overall lovely stay.Wish i knew what type of mattresses t ##### Sam D. It was dark and dated and needs a good deep clean. It was hot, and the units didn’t not cool it to a comfortable temperature until into the night. The place and the furniture needs updating and some maintenance. The layout was awkward, and the photos make it look way better than it is. Also, it is not a child-friendly space.The trash was not taken out from the previous occupant either.it was not a great neighborhood either. ##### Cynthia S.
