My husband went to tell the lady at the desk one of the keys to our room didnt work. She got upset and told him dont hold it near his phone. But it didnt work from the beginning and its easy to reprogram the key. The attitude was unnecessary but the room and pool were great. Clean

"We decided to treat ourselves to a stay over the July 4th weekend near our famliy in Lansing... I was really drawn by the location and amenities of the hotel. Unfortunately the in hotel coffee shop was closed on Saturday, July 4th, as well as the rooftop where we were hoping to relax after the day ..."
