We Host is a professional property management company based in Newfoundland! We typically answer messages between 10:30AM and 9:30PM Newfoundland time. However, we are available 24/7 by phone/text (9:30pm-10:30am urgent calls only, please)! You may find yourself speaking with any of our team members. Located in the Historic fishing village, this property is just a 12 minute walk to Quidi Vidi village, where you can enjoy the Plantation, and Quidi Vidi Brewery. Open Seasonally, The Wharf in Quidi Vidi Village is a family-friendly outing that you can enjoy delicious food from local food trucks, as well as savor craft beer. If you like hiking, you can also appreciate the famous Sugar Loaf Path Trail, located right by Quidi Vidi Village. Also, just a 20 minute walk(5 minute drive) to the heart of downtown, where you have countless options for restaurants, the famous George Street, as well as endless number of local shops!

Our suite is an upper-level flat in a two-apartment home, nestled in a residential neighborhood beside Quidi Vidi Lake. Everything is on the same level, with just a few steps to get into the suite.

>Taxi: available for convenient point-to-point transportation including the airport. Call or download the app to reserve.

>Walking: If the spots you're visiting are within walking distance, walking might be the most convenient option.

>Driving: While not required to explore the city, having a vehicle can be advantageous for visiting the outport communities surrounding St. John's.

This place was fantastic. The space for 5 of us to hang together on the deck, in the living room or all the space you need with a bedroom and full bathroom downstairs. The beds were comfortable, the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly and available host to keep us informed made our stay enjoyable. We found the location was close to everything that we wanted to see. I strongly recommend this location.

School Field Trip

I was on a field trip with three of my students. We stayed for two nights. The property was perfect for us. It was spacious, conveniently located, clean and well suited to our needs. Our host David was quick to reply to questions and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful oasis in the city

To anyone visiting St. John's - book this place if available. We did and had a great time. Pictures don't do enough justice to this house, very modern in a quiet part of the city within a walking distance to some good restaurants. If you're planning to cook meals in the house you'll find everything imaginable to complete your meal. Modern appliances, BBQ, beautiful terrace with a view of the lake. We are looking forward to booking this place next time in St. John's and everyone should do the same. Thank you for your hospitality.
