Great Hotel, really nice employees, but the pool is warm... on hot days you want to go and cool yourself down, but here you can't the pool is warm.

Love, love this property! Check-in was smooth, room was spotless, staff was amazing, gated security 24/7 and free Shuttles to Universal made our trip so smooth. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Orlando.

There a lot activities for families and food if you don't want to leave the property. You do have to pay a membership fee and for the water park. It's a timeshare resort.
