"The carpet felt sticky, the staff was very helpful after a problem with my room she was able to find me a nicer room with a partial ocean view and she always referred to me by name which was very kind. The pool situation was terrible, no one was monitoring the people drinking alcohol with children inside the pool, the adults drinking never left the pool to use a restroom while the drinking continued non stop. Children were not being monitored. There were not enough seats for the amount of people there. There was one gentleman walking around the pool area asking to see everyone's blue resort bands, all they did was point at their bags but he never saw the bands, the same gentleman walked over to the bar an alcoholic drink while working. He was an cranky looking older man with glasses and a mustache. There were many outside people at the pool with alcohol in the back of their pickup trucks. The pool restroom was a trailer in the parking lot with only two restrooms and smelled awful. The only great experience was the front desk woman and the restaurant, the food and drinks were great."

"I have no complaints at all. Staff very friendly. I was able to do my check-in 3 hours earlier when I told them that I drove 7 1/2 hrs. from NW Georgia and haven’t slept for 24 hrs. The room was super clean with extra towels and toilet paper. It had a small fridge that was very convenient. The air conditioner worked great! Plenty of spaces for parking. Best of all… it’s the location! To the right you have a gas station and to the left you have Salt Life Food Shack (great place for food & drinks), and best of the best… Just cross the street and you’ll be walking in the sand with a beautiful ocean view."

"My husband and I stayed with our dog for 2 nights. The location is fantastic. Several restaurants around and a Publix not far, there’s lots of options beachside, and the house is less than 15 minutes from historic downtown. The location was our favorite amenity. The location has great beach access and the beaches were pristine, and not crowded at all. The space is really nice. Being on the second floor with a nice front and back porch, you can enjoy the sea breeze on either side of the space. Open kitchen dining and living. The kitchen was very well stocked and the couch was very comfortable for afternoon naps. Both bedrooms were spacious and offered lots of storage options. Bathrooms were also spacious. The entire space was very clean and easy to clean up before departure. The management company was phenomenal and checked in everyday to make sure we were satisfied. We agreed we’d stay here again, as St. Augustine is one of our favorite state-cation destinations."
