AC didn’t work on our room which was the main reason we left another hotel. The man at the front desk was a bit aloof and I had to ask 3 times for help, and he finally got us another room. No help was provided for our move and we’re older patrons. We had to move ourselves including 2 sets of stairs ...

An old building close to the station but excellently refurbished and very smart. Staff were welcoming, room was first class as was the breakfast. There is a large tram terminus right outside but the insulation is so good that not a sound came in
