Welcoming up to six guests, Westholme is the ideal retreat which boasts both luxury design and comfort. Situated in the grounds of The Tregenna Estate a short walk from the Town Centre of St Ives. The open-plan living kitchen dining space has been fully refurbished for guests to relax on the L-shaped sofa whilst enjoying a movie on the 42” Smart TV. If family and friends are feeling competitive they can gather around the dining table to play board games and make memories together after a busy day of exploring the coast. There is a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, Ninja Food Blender, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and microwave oven. The master bedroom on the top floor has a king-size bed. The second bedroom on the first floor of the apartment features a king-size bed. Whilst the first bedroom on this floor offers a twin room. The family bathroom on the first floor features bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.
