This modern holiday home offers on-site parking, sea glimpses and has the added benefit of a paved courtyard garden to the rear, perfect for sundowners or alfresco meals where you can completely relax and unwind. The living area is tastefully decorated and includes a large navy sofa, a signature yellow love seat sofa, a leather recliner, wall mounted Smart TV, electric fire and a good collection of books and games to entertain family or friends. From the windows you can steal sea glimpses across the bay to Godrevy lighthouse. The open plan kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cater for your holiday. There is a gas hob, electric double oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the utility cupboard. It is not far from St Ives town centre, but further than we expected, and be prepared for a steep up-hill climb walking back. The flat is beautifully and comfortably furnished.
