This light well-equipped property benefits from a sunroom, a good-sized deck both with sea glimpses and parking for 1 car. Accessed via an unmade road or if you’re on foot, from Trenwith Place up a flight of steps. Decorated to a high standard with a warm intimate bedroom, well-equipped comfortable kitchen/living room and good-sized bathroom, Step ‘n’ Sea is a charming stylish destination for couples who want to experience St Ives at its best. Deck Bistro table and chairs with glimpses across the rooftops to the sea beyond. Sunroom Good sized table and chairs with glimpses across the rooftops to the sea. Kitchen/Living room Electric oven and induction hob, fridge, dishwasher sea glimpses across the rooftops, sofa, chair and TV/DVD. Bedroom Double bed, above head height windows to the living room, a double-glazed periscope window accessed by 5 open tread steps up to a deep shelf. This also acts as a fire escape from the bedroom. Bathroom Large bath with overhead shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail. Parking Private single parking space for 1 car up to a large-saloon size. If all spaces along the road are occupied it can be tight reversing out and turning but it is do’able with care. There is a laundrette nearby that can provide a delivery service is required.
