The open plan living area, conservatory and outside patio area offer guests perfect spaces to relax and unwind in comfort after a busy day sight seeing. The lounge looks out across Porthmeor beach, with Smart TV, BT YouView and DVD player. A modern gas fire in the lounge is perfect for those lazy, winter afternoons or evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. A separate laundry area includes washing machine and tumble dryer. The Captain's Cabin, located on the ground floor, has a king size bed and access to the wonderful conservatory with seating for four. The second and third bedrooms are located on the first floor. The First Mate’s cabin has an ensuite with shower and is fitted with a flexible bed which can be made up as either two twin beds or one king size bed. The Brig bedroom has a double bed. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV. On the ground floor there is a fabulous family bathroom with bath and separate shower. We LOVE st ives. Sea Crest is ideal for access to porthmear and the harbour beaches. Has parking for one vehicle and Directly opposite a car park for a second car. Clean and well equipped and a lovely welcome bag with tea and biscuits and milk. Shower outside is perfect for washing off the beach before going inside.
