Entering through the first-floor front door into a small hallway, you walk into a light and airy open-plan living space. With comfortable seating, a family dining area for four and a well-equipped kitchen, it's a lovely space to enjoy time indoors. Upstairs, a generous hall opens onto a good-sized family bathroom and two light-filled bedrooms, one twin and one double which has views to Gwithian and Godrevy. First floor Kitchen/dining/sitting room Walk through the entrance to the airy open-plan main living area with fully fitted kitchen that includes electric cooker and hob, undercounter fridge plus separate undercounter freezer, microwave and washing machine. Leading to a dining area for 4 with built-in seating which, in turn, leads to a comfortable sitting room area with 2 seater settee and 2 armchairs, Smart TV.
