Excellent accommodation in a perfect location near Carbis Bay. Comfortable and spotlessly clean. Stunning sea view from the balcony. St Ives and Lelant within walking distance so leave the car in the parking space.
A very clean and accommodating apartment with wonderful views from the back across Carbis Bay. A five minute short walk to the beach, with a similar walk to catch the train to St Ives. Highly recommended and we will return.
Comfortable stay , well equipped, peaceful and lovely location. Parking good, 1st gear needed for leaving property as very steep hill but no problem if taken easy in 1st gear . Would love to stay again but understand bathroom being refitted to walk in shower. Bath is essential for us after day of walking to relieve aching bones ..love this apartment. Most comfortable bed ever !!!
This is a beautiful apartment with a fabulous view. It’s tastefully decorated and accessorised. Furniture is high quality and the bed is comfortable. Storage was great in the bedroom and thoughtful/practical touches like plentiful USB ports and plug sockets near mirrors to make hair drying easier The apartment is well equipped with really nice crockery and glassware and everything you need for cooking. We were able to completely relax here. It was fabulous to be able to get to the beach and station so easily, we only took the car out to go to the local Tesco. We really hope you are renting the property out again next year as we’d love ti come back!
The apartment was fabulous, the position, access to the beach and the coastal path to St Ives. The quality of the apartment, i.e. decor, furnishings, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom were of the highest standard and added to the enjoyment and stay of our holiday.
The accomodation was beautiful. Everything we needed for our holiday. 5 mins walk to train station and the beach.Lovely balcony were we sat whenever we were there.One minor issue that was dealt with straight away with great communication.
This apartment has everything u could need. It’s home from home. Absolutely fantastic view of surrounding beaches and lovely up kept gardens. Could be a bit hilly for some people.
Absolutely great apartment in Carbis handy for beach,train and buses views amazing apartment modern ,clean and comfortable.Only down side was there wasnt a full size ironing board table top board not great to use but thats a minor complaint overall the apartment was 10/10 superb Would definitely book again
What a perfect apartment , a real find, everything in the apartment is of high quality , very comfortable bed. lovely shower , very well equipped kitchen. The balcony is a real bonus to sit and have your morning coffee on and take in the views that are breathtaking, lovely quiet location. Just a few minutes walk to the train station , there are many coastal walks around this area too. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

The one bedroom apartment was clean, well furnished and warm. We had a lovely stay and look forward to booking again for next year. Suited us well with a less than 10 minute walk to Carbis Bay railway station into St Ives. Slight gripe was the rather poor internet service but other than that, perfect.

Perfect for a couple. A short walk down the hill to Carbis Bay beach which is beautiful. The same to the railway station for the 5 minutes ride into the bustle of St Ives for either a night out or just a wonder around. Location is everything and the balcony of the apartment also has stunning views of the bay from the elevated position and a well kept garden of Eden directly below if you just want to sit and enjoy the peace. Everything you need inside the property. Clean, bright and brilliant to visit, hope we can be there again soon
This is a beautiful apartment extremely well furnished to a very high standard, the views of Carbis Bay are simply breath taking. We arrived during the petrol shortage but this in way inconvenienced us the station is an 8 minute walk through the woodland & the train is cheaper than parking the car in St Ives. I highly recomend this apartment without reservation
Great location but the first drive down to the apartment was pretty scary - a warning might have been helpful at just how steep and sharp the turns were. (Perhaps add to the property information in the apartment that there is an alternative way out, avoiding that second hairpin bend on the steepest part of the hill).
Likes - Very well equipped, spotlessly clean, quiet and a great location for access to Carbis Bay and the coastal path. Great views from the balcony but shame it got no sun after the morning.
Dislikes - the mattress could probably do with an upgrade and the fridge freezer definitely needs replacing (I had to throw away two lots of salad and veg because it froze), very poor WiFi signal.
Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, nur das Auschecken hat Probleme gemacht, da nicht klar war, dass wir den einzigen Schlüssel der Wohnung hatten, der Safe sich nicht öffnen ließ und wir letztendlich 117 Pfund für den Schlüsseldienst bezahlen sollen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war nicht besonders. Das wirkt sich auf unsere Bewertung aus.
