From the sitting room, watch the Harbour and bay through 3 windows or climb upstairs under the eaves and take in the stunning views from 6 Velux windows facing in all directions. Within easy walking distance of the Harbour and all the beaches.

Third Floor
Kitchen/dining/sitting room

This L shaped open plan area is light and bright and extremely comfortable with original paintings and prints on the walls for you to enjoy. The sitting area has 2 settees, TV/DVD, bookcases and wonderful views towards the Harbour.

The dining area has a large oval table and seating for 6 with more amazing views towards the Harbour.

The fitted kitchen is very well equipped with ample work surfaces and plenty of storage space. There is a gas hob and electric oven, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave.

Bedroom 1. Attractively furnished with double bed, bedside tables and chest of drawers. A large sash window opens to gorgeous views from the bed and the sound of the sea.

Bathroom. Large, newly fitted corner shower, wash basin, WC and towel rail.

Bedroom 2. Under the eaves, this enchanting space is pure fun for children. Like a lighthouse with extensive views in every direction from its 6 Velux windows with blackout blinds, this room seems to be in a world of its own. It is furnished with 4 single beds, bedside tables but also provides a perfect space for playing with toys.
