Accessed via a private lane and bordered by the renowned West Cornwall Golf Course on two sides and open fields on the third, this stunning holiday home boasts uninterrupted panoramic views across St Ives Bay. From the iconic Godrevy Lighthouse, sweeping past the golden Towans at Gwithian, to Lelant’s very own Porthkidney Beach and its rolling dunes—this is a truly breathtaking setting. The famous St Ives branch line, which winds through this landscape, is easily accessible, with Lelant station just a 30-minute stroll away.  
  
Step outside, and within moments, you’ll find yourself on the South West Coast Path, perfect for a scenic walk to St Ives. For those seeking adventure, St Michael’s Way—a historic pilgrimage route to Santiago—begins at Lelant’s ancient Church of St Uny, tracing the coastline before weaving inland through Carbis Bay, across the Penwith countryside via Trencrom and Gulval, and onward to the spectacular St Michael’s Mount.
