Positives: the location is excellent and split kevel space is nice. Washer and drying is also a bonus. Negative: The bed sheets had marks on them, one blind was broken, the bathroom was dated and sink had cracks in and the kitchen was poorly equpped. I wouldnt recommend it for the price, im sure there are nicer places in the same area.
