The hotel itself is wonderful, we loved our spacious room and the staff was incredible, always ready to help and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The property is in a very popular area, lots of night life, if you are early to bed, we recommend requesting a room away from the front of the hotel, which can be noisy. Great breakfast offered in a three different restaurants very close, plus an amazing amount of good restaurants in general. We highly recommend the property. (460 reviews) I had a very bad experience with a staff at the bar who was very rude. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and very helpful. If not for them I would’ve rated staff and serve as horrible! The rooms are very comfortable and neat. I love the rooms. They are luxurious indeed. I noticed my sheets were not changed in a week! I thought this was really bad!! There’s some construction work going on opposite the hotel and this is beyond their control I guess but it makes the front of the hotel dirty and too noisy.
