Nestled in the desirable West Gulf Beaches neighborhood, this brand new single-story retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, style and convenience just a short stroll from the sugar white sands. With a sun-soaked poolside escape, spacious outdoor living and airy interiors made for connection, this home is ideal for seafood feasts, game nights and memory-making with family and friends.

    The exterior invites you to settle into island living with generous under-home parking, an outdoor shower and a park-style charcoal grill perfect for fresh local catches. An easy beach path makes trips to the shoreline simple and stress-free, while the private pool area offers a relaxing place to unwind after a day in the sun.

    Inside, the thoughtfully designed open floor plan creates a welcoming atmosphere filled with natural light and coastal charm. Just off the entry, a king bedroom features an en-suite bath with a stand-up shower. The beautifully appointed kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, creating a central gathering space for the whole group. Tucked just beyond the kitchen, a queen bedroom and a twin bunk room share convenient access to a hall bath with a tub and shower combination, along with a nearby laundry area.

    On either side of the spacious living room, two additional king suites provide peaceful retreats complete with en-suite baths and French door access to the deck, where guests can enjoy views of the pool and the beach beyond.
