Host was super communicative and made the check-in process really simple. There were tons of amenities available, and the kitchen had everything I could need. Internet was fast and there was an Ethernet port available to plug in an Xbox. Outside deck offered great bored and just enough privacy. Great property! Didn’t seem “recently renovated”, but still a nice place. Landscaping was well attended, however the “waterfall” pool was closed, and the “family” pool had too many broken chairs & loungers. We vacation with them at least once a year and have rented other properties before and this was by far the nicest and cleanest property we have rented. It was very convenient to Zion NP and Bryce Canyon. There is a well stocked kitchen with most everything you would need to prepare a meal. The bed we slept in was very comfortable. The views from the patio were beautiful. I had to contact the property owner for an issue that came up with the unit above us and she was very responsive and did everything she could to try and get the issue taken care of. Even though she had no control over the issue, she still compensated us for the inconvenience. The only negative for us was that the bathtub in the main bathroom was pretty slippery getting in and out so we had to be careful and the latch on the main patio door locked when my husband went outside and shut the door. We ended up just not closing the door all the way if all 4 of went outside. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Cali Y. The unit is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with all of the appliances and utensils youll need to make meals. Everything about this condo was perfect!!! It is conveniently located, very clean and decorated so tastefully. It has everything you need. Emily was so great to work with and always responded to my questions in a timely manner! We would definitely rent this condo again! We walked in and literally both said wow. We spent many hours enjoying the deck in the afternoons. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the Weber bbq.
